Понимаю, что "в зависимости от того, что наступит позднее", но не понимаю к каким датам это относится. Completion date это дата завершения строительства недвижимости. 7 января или дата по прошествии 10 дней после направления уведомления? Может ли быть, что дата завершения строительства привязана к уведомлению о его завершении?
