Where any liability or obligation is undertaken by two or more persons, the liability and responsibility of each such person shall be joint and several. Any other reference to "you" shall be construed as a reference to "any of you".

Насколько мне известно, договор составляется от третьего лица. Потому перевожу "you" - "Заказчик" (в преамбуле определено, что you относится к компании), но сомневаюсь. И что есть "any of you"?
