Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести "claims from on-selling" в следующем контексте:

If permitted by law, the Purchaser assigns to us in advance all claims with regard to the reserved goods from on-selling or other legal grounds due to the Purchaser. If the reserved goods are sold with other products not belonging to us or become the subject of contract work, the assignation only applies in the amount of the invoice value of the reserved goods. The Purchaser is authorized to collect the assigned claims from on-selling until revocation.
