There was then a two day hearing before HHJ AAAA (on DD and DD MM YYYY) , at which Mr XXXX sought permission to make certain amendments, and at which Mr YYYY sought Further Information of Mr XXX's case. Further Information was served by Mr XXX in correspondence on DD-MM-YY, DD-MM-YY, and DD-MM-YY, and served in consolidated form on DD-MM-YY.

И насчет "in consolidated form" правильно ли я понимаю, что дополнительная информация была сначала предоставлена частями по почте, а потом предоставлена та же информация, но уже вся вместе?

Asker: "I am in correspondence with s.o." и "I have sent the info in/by correspondence" - две разные ситуации. Так само, как и "The check is IN the mail", "I put the check IN the mail" и "I have sent the check BY mail/WITH a courier".
