If any sum or money shall be recoverable from or payable by the Supplier to the Company or to any other company being a member company of METRO Group under this Agreement (including claims based on a breach of warranty) or under any other agreement, irrespective of being reciprocable or not, the same amount may be deducted from any sum then due or which at any time thereafter becomes due to the Supplier, until such amount has been recovered in full, without the need to obtain a court order or judgment to this effect.
