English term or phrase: (1)Her Majesty the Queen in Right of <*****>...(2)
The text is a lease agreement. The (a British Commonwealth country) government is leasing property in a foreign country, and the agreement is signed by a representative acting on behalf of the Queen. The property includes a land lot with buildings jointly referred to as "the Premises"; it cannot be translated as "zdaniya" or "stroyeniya" because the land is part of the subject of the agreement as well.

ADVICE: Do not find better terms, use descriptive the equivalents offered, there's nothing to do with this

I was suggested, offlist, the term Pravyashchaya Koroleva, which I accepted. For Premises I used, after
consultations with building contractors, the term Vladeniye. The translation you suggested is passable,
but Vladeniye is more compact. Thanks for all your help!

именем Ее Величе

Explanation:
Насчет первой части не уверен, нужен более широкий контекст. Right может означать и "от имени" и (если идет с прописной) "закон". Но земли с возведенными на них зданиями являются недвижимым имуществом; также можно упомянуть их как "владения" или, более развернуто, как "земельные владения с постройками". Не будучи юристом, более точную формулировку предложить не могу

Ее Величество За

Explanation:
As the term 'right' evidently implies legitimacy of the title of the person acting as a Queen, so the whole phrase is adapted for the Russian style, paraphrasing "Ее Величество Королева по Закону (страны)".
