For Spicy Tomato Sauce

\tBoil water in a pan, when water boils add tomatoes, let them stay inside water for 2-3 minutes and peel of the skin
\tFinally dice them and keep aside in a sauté pan add chopped tomatoes, salt, onion and garlic, cook them covered on medium heat for 15-17 minutes, till tomatoes are well cooked
\tAdd red chili flakes and chopped basil leaves along with teaspoon of sugar, cook for 2 -3 minutes and remove from heat
\tTo serve spread ladleful of sauce onto a plate and place stuffed mushroom over it serve hot[1]
