English term or phrase: tunneling wounds
The text is instructions for use of special wound dressings. One of the types is "wound filler" or "cavity filler". It is used in treatment of "tunneling wounds", among other applications.
e.g. "xxx dressing may be used in tunneling wounds. The top and bottom wide surfaces of the dressing are reinforced so that the entire dressing may be easily removed when placed in tunnels. All xxx dressings help relieve wound pain."

I have found EN definition for "tunneling wound", but am struggling with the RU term.
