neutral  Anton Konashenok: Несмотря на изобилие примеров употребления, такой вариант режет глаз с научной точки зрения. Возможно, я безнадежно стар, но для меня слово "полулогарифмический" применимо разве что к листам миллиметровки с логарифмической шкалой по одной из двух осей...

  -> Спасибо за комментарий. Еще говорят полулетальная (LC50) или полуингибирующая концентрация (IC50), хотя тоже не очень корректно выглядит с точки зрения буквальной логики.
agree  Marlin31: Хм, есть понятие "логнормальное распределение" для описания асимметричных гауссовых линий, и, насколько мне известно, его использование пока никого не "зарезало".
