we have learned that even the most appreciated one-off seminars do not generate long-term results. not honour this commitment will be dropped from the program. This has not been a problem in the past but it is important for participants to recognise the investment involved in their participation and provide a framework for making a change should there be a need in order to insure meeting the project objectives.
