It's clearly defined in the youtube video, but it's not a phrase I've heard before other than meaning a walk round some "pikes" or peaks in the Lake District (Scafell Pike, Red Pike, Esk Pike, etc..). I suspect that the exercise term is something that someone has made up today only for it to be forgotten tomorrow.
