9 CLOSED LOOP CONTROL
The closed loop control of the winders is subdivided into two main components:
9.1 Drive Control
The drive control is built-up with modules of the digital control system Simadyn D and contains the following functions:
- Interface to winder specific control (mainly torque reference)
- Torque control
- Transvector control
- Stator phase current control
- Flux control
- Excitation current control
- Supervision and monitoring functions for motors and converters
