English to Serbian translations [PRO]
Social Sciences - Law (general) / preduzeca
English term or phrase: undertakings and enterprises
Kako napraviti razliku izmedju ova dva pojma u prevodu?

"- the structure and contact details of the group of undertakings, or group of enterprises engaged in a joint economic activity and of each of its members"

‘enterprise’ means a natural or legal person engaged in an economic activity, irrespective of its legal form, including partnerships or associations regularly engaged in an economic activity

‘group of undertakings’ means a controlling undertaking and its controlled undertakings

preduzeća i privredni subjekti

Explanation:

pogledati anti-trust law, odnosno pravo zastite konkurencije - http://www.altalex.eu/content/article-101-tfeu-notion-undert...
2. pogledati direktive EU o pravima radnika u privrednim drustvima na evropskom nivou - http://ec.europa.eu/social/main.jsp?catId=707&langId=en&intP... avoid undue burdens on small and medium-sized enterprises, the Directive applies only to undertakings employing at least 50 employees, or to establishments employing at least 20 employees, according to the choice made by the Member State. u svakom slucaju definicije koje su date u pitanju upucuju da se napravi razlika i da nije u pitanju repetitivan pravnicki stil

Example sentence(s):

- no, it has no connections whatsoever with being "dependant" or "independent"

UNDERTAKING

For the purpose of EU antitrust law, any entity engaged in an economic activity, that is an activity consisting in offering goods or services on a given market, regardless of its legal status and the way in which it is financed, is considered an undertaking. To qualify, no intention to earn profits is required, nor are public bodies by definition excluded. The rules governing concentrations speak of "undertakings concerned", that is the direct participants in a merger or in the acquisition of control.

See: Commission Notice on the concept of undertakings concerned under Council Regulation (EEC) No 4064/89 on the control of concentrations between undertakings
