2.2 Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, or expressly agreed otherwise by and between the Parties of this agreement in writing, no license or right is granted to NIS, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, under any patents, copyrights, mask works, trade secrets, or other intellectual property by virtue of entering into this Agreement and installing and using the Software.
