With respect to the Soft Tissue Injury to the Right Chest Wall, on the balance of probabilities I would expect him to be symptom free in the region of 7 months from the date of the accident.

With respect to the Soft Tissue Injury to Both Scapulae, on the balance of probabilities I would expect him to be symptom free in the region of 9 months from the date of the accident.

With respect to the Acute Cervical Strain, on the balance of probabilities I would expect him to be symptom free in the region of 12 months from the date of the accident.


What does it exactly mean? After evaluating all probabilities it is more probable than not that...
