"The revenue recognition methods used by XXX in acordance with SAB 101 are:

- As billable
- Straight-line

Contracts that do not meet the separation criteria in EITF 00-21 will be accounted for under SAB 101. Such deliverable will follow the same accounting as the milestone method of percentage of completion accounting if non-refundable milestone billibgs exist, or construct/build costs will be deferred s described in XXX's Cost Deferral Policy.

Revenue recognition for single element arrangements will be the same as for individual elements of multiple element arrangements that meet the EITF 00-21 separation critaria. Accordingly, a single element arrangement consisting of a construct/build element will be accounted for using percentage of completion acounting.
