See below Explanation: Depende del contexto, escurrir el bulto y pasar la pelota no son lo mismo. Escurrir el bulto es evitar asumir una responsabilidad, pero no necesariamente pasársela a otra persona. Pasar la pelota es pasarle directamente la responsabilidad a otro y lavarse uno las manos.
