sociedad no depositaria de fondos Explanation: NOTE: There were hundreds of references in www.google.com with the key : nondepositary trust company and hundreds with : sociedad depositaria de fondos. I only found one with no depositaria. PLEASE, check those references to see if they are equivalent. Although that's what I found, there are "depositary receipts" in English. It sounds odd that a nondepositary co. should become a depositaria. So, the "no depositaria" seemed the best alternative. Check the site of reference for a thorough explanation in Spanish: http://www.aaef.org.ar/boletin/articulo/dic99.htm Good luck! Reference: http://www.aaef.org.ar/boletin/articulo/dic99.htm |

Banco no recaudador/depositario de fondos fiduciarios Explanation: A trust company is a "compañía de gestión or a compañía fiduciaria". A nondepository trust company is a "compañía no depositaria de fondos fiduciarios o fondos extrapresupuestarios". That is why the banker was able to use fool the regulators. |
