Explanation:
NOTE: There were hundreds of references in www.google.com with the key : nondepositary trust company
and hundreds with : sociedad depositaria de fondos.
I only found one with no depositaria.
PLEASE, check those references to see if they are equivalent. Although that's what I found, there are "depositary receipts" in English.
It sounds odd that a nondepositary co. should become a depositaria. So, the "no depositaria" seemed the best alternative. Check the site of reference for a thorough explanation in Spanish:
