two possibilities


Explanation:
I see two pòssible interpretations:

1.
on stop meaning no more goods will be sold to the client

(suspensión de ventas)

2.
a more obscure reference, if we're trying to get him to pay up what he owes. In this case the meaning of 'on stop' is less clear, like possibly the 'stop' refers to the end of one process (calling, writing etc) and the start of another (e.g. setting a limit to what he can buy in the future, placing a special kind of control over him)
