Sin más contexto es difícil saber, de ahí mi bajo nivel de confianza. Si hace referencia a la compra de todo lo que está dentro de la granja o establecimiento agropecuario, es decir bienes muebles e inmuebles, "a portera cerrada" es la expresión que se utiliza en el mi país (obviamente cambiará con el lugar de destino de la traducción).
