Tech/Engineering - Computers: Software
English term or phrase: \"after-imaging\"
Hello! I am having some trouble translating this term. Can anybody help me please?

Here is some context:

Licensee can use the Software in a failover environment on the condition that the failover environment is set up as a passive mirror against which applications cannot execute, transact or query directly. In this scenario, failover is accomplished by after-imaging.

Thank you!

Notes to answerer
Asker: I think the answer is related to "imagen", because of the word failover. So maybe an image is created so that the system can continue working... :-/
