N-PLEXING AND REDUNDANCY
The System Log (SL) is the key to our N-plexing and reprocessing design. Each record stored in the SL contains the original request information and the result information pertaining to a transaction. This allows the server, when reprocessing, to ensure the same results as when the transaction was originally processed on the primary.

Conozco el concepto, sé exactamente de qué se trata, lo he visto "con mis propios ojos", pero no sé si existe un término en castellano para "N-plexing".
Como esta tradu es para México, les ruego que me digan si es preferible dejarlo en inglés, que es lo que yo opino.

are used, this is called “pairing” or “Duplexing”. If N replicas are used, this is called “N-Plexing”.

No estoy muy segura de si estamos hablando de lo mismo. Multiplexar es enviar una señal de entrada a una de un grupo de salidas y por lo tanto de dispositivos, para su transmisión o procesamiento, lo que implica un mecanismo o procedimiento definido para decidir a que salida se envía. Se utiliza para compartir una línea de comunicaciones o para repartir el trabajo, entre equipos similares. Si en este caso se envían n copias no sé si sería adecuado.
