Grade pad

Estoy traduciendo un manual de un aparato para medir coordenadas en construcciones y áreas abiertas. No encuentro la traducción de grade pad en ninguna parte.

A continuación el contexto:

Site files include grades up to the edge of the building that were not noted in the
building file because the computer can’t assign two grades to one area i.e. over build
area. The building pad grade in these files are correct, but do not include the over build.

El término a traducir quizá debería ser, como aparece en el contexto que das "building pad grade". Building pad se llama a la superficie donde se va a construir la cimentación de una edificación. Grade es la cota de nivelación de esa superficie (rasante). En español se utiliza el término "rasante de cimentación".
