Como dices, toda la información que aparece sobre anaplasia es relativa al cancer, pero en éste enlace... explica que anaplasia literalmente significa “to form backward”

Tenemos por otra parte la definición de backward

y la escueta que da la RAE sobre retroactivo

Después de leer la descripción del producto y la información de los distintos enlaces que he puesto arriba, se me ocurre que retroactiva podría encajar

Pero solo a modo de sugerencia. No estoy segura cien por cien.
