flexibilización del mercado
Explanation:
Encontré su definición, pero solo en inglés:

Under so-called "market flex" language, banks are introducing mechanisms, such as volatility spreads, and new terms and conditions, including pre-payment penalties and so-called "relationship benefits", so they can adjust returns according to changes in local market volatility and risk perceptions in the region

Loans with market flex arrangements mean that banks and borrowers are essentially sharing the pricing risk in new underwriting business.

"Market flex is a collaborative, co-operative effort between the lender and the borrower so that a deal can be brought to market," says William Hartman, managing director in charge of global loans at Citibank in New York. "It is all about helping both parties close the deal."

Some believe the ability to introduce market flex language into loan arrangements can mean the difference between a foreign bank being willing to stay in the local market or making the decision to retrench.

One bank using market flex in syndicated loans to the region is Bank of America. In its first quarter results for 1999, the bank announced that it has reduced its credit risk exposure in the region (including Mexico) by just $1.08 billion on the previous year, to $11.9 billion.
