English term or phrase: RP Charged
Hi,
I am translating a University transcript from San Diego State University. There is a table with reference values. One of them says:

W: RP Charged

RP means "Report in Progress" but I do not understand "Charged".

Thank you for your help.

Spanish translation:RP - aceptado
Explanation:

RP: REPORT IN PROGRESS. Students who would ordinarily receive a grade of Incomplete should receive a grade of RP in specific courses that extend beyond one academic term. Based on the Grading Method and Grading Option codes set in SIMS/R, WebGrades will indicate whether a grade of INC or RP is acceptable for each course.

Saludos cordiales.

Maybe this can help understand the "charged" concept.

How do I calculate my GPA?
To calculate your grade point average (GPA), divide your total grade points by your total number of units attempted. Units earned with a "Cr" (Credit) grade are not included in the computation. A grade of "I" (Incomplete authorized) is not counted in the GPA computation until one calendar year has expired, at which point it will be charged as an "IC" (Incomplete charged) and count as an "F" in the calculation. Summer term and Open University courses are included in the SDSU GPA. Extension courses are calculated only in the cumulative GPA.
