English term or phrase: stripper valve
In a document describing parts of a metallurgical plant for billet rolling, talking of a water cooling stage after the finish stand. The document is not written by a native English speaker (!) and actually says "strippers valves", but I have to assume it is referring to "stripper valves":

"According to the recipe data for the rolled product, ONLY the cooling nozzles and/or strippers valves selected, are manual opened."

vávula del extractor
Explanation:
I found several possible translations of stripper in this industry:

Stripper, Aparato desmoldeador, de capante, desmoldeador, puente desmoldeador;
Stripper plate: chapa eyectora.
Lingot stripper: Desmoldador de lingotes
Tension reel stripper: Extractor de rollos

Maybe the "s" is a genitive "s"

I am including some links that might be useful. The second one has a downloadable glossary.

Unfortunately I couldn't find anything in Spanish specifically.

Hope it helps!
