legario(s) de inmueble

Black's law dictionary gives 'devise' (noun & verb) as "a testamentary disposition of land or realty..." and 'devisee' as 'person to whom lands are ...given by will". Dahls Abridged Bilingual Law Dictionary gives 'devisee' as 'legatario', but Becerra's Diccionario de Terminologia Juridico de Norteamerica' (Mexico, D.F.) gives 'devisee' as "legatario; persona fisica o moral que adquiere un inmueble por el testador."
I hope this is useful.

Incidentally, in case it fits your context, Becerra's also gives 'residuary devise' as 'legado residual' and 'lapsed devise' as 'legado caduco/ineficaz'.

As Ivan correctly typed, the answer is 'legatario'. I leave my answer for the dictionary refs to be available, while adding my 'agree' to Ivan's entry regarding the points on this Query.
