English term or phrase: How much should i charge to be a translator on call?
Hello everyone,

I have a tricky and urgent question, and I'm not sure if this is the right place to post it, but here it goes.

I am a freelance translator/proofreader, and I have a client who wants me to localize their website into Spanish. They are mentioning "Licensing, management and support: $_ per month," which I had never seen before (at least not phrased like that!).

This is sooo obscure! When I inquired, the go-between person saidd that it basically means that the client would like to know how much I would charge to be "on call." But without any further explanation, I'm at a loss for words. I just have NO IDEA what to reply (how much to quote). I have been trying to search for this on google, but have gotten nowhere.

Does anybody here have any idea of how I should go about this? HELP please, this is very urgent.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation, dear colleagues!
