English term or phrase: Buy-Out Events
Este es todo el contexto que tengo:

There are four separate tip pool/share scenarios in use at the Restaurant:

(1) A La Carte Dining; (2) Large Party Dining Room; (3) Private Dining Events; and (4) Buy-Out Events.

Buy-Out Events (In-House)
All tipped food service staff who work the event will receive a proportional share of the total tips earned based upon hours worked.

NOTE:
Captain Fee – a Captain Fee will be added to each event and will be distributed entirely to the food service staff working that event. 50% of the Captain Fee will go directly to the Captain working the event and the remaining 50% of the Captain Fee will be paid to the remaining food service staff working the event.

Eventos prepagados / eventos pagados de antemano
Explanation:

Saludos cordiales.
