Yo entiendo (y si me equivoco les agradeceré sus correcciones) que el reasegurado será quién decida lo que es y lo que no es un riesgo, pero ¿existe algún término específico para decirlo? Porque una traducción literal no creo que vaya en este caso.

Se propone la traducción presentada por que traduce el concepto de "único" y el juzgar se traduce como "derecho a determinar" ya que en español generalmente solo se usa juzgar en documentos legales para referirse a los organos del sistema judicial / legal, etc.
