equitable means that it is an equity backed life insurance (based upon ownership titles)
i don't say oso is wrong, i'm not sure that equitativa includes this

No sé si esto te servirá, creo que en este caso "Equitable" se refiere al régimen de "equity" como por ejemplo en "Equitable claim":derecho susceptible de dar lugar a acciones bajo el régimen de EQUITY.
