Dentro del capítulo CONDITIONS de un seguro de transporte, bajo el título PERILS:
Parece ser un formalismo, bastante antiguo, por lo que encontré, pero no me queda claro el sentido de la cláusula. Tendrá algo que ver con "letters of marque and countermarque"...?Gracias a quien me pueda ayudar:

Detainments of all Kings, Princes and People, of what nation, condition of quality sover, Barratry of the Master and Mariners, and of all other like Perils, Losses, and Misfortunes that have or shall come to the Hurt, Detriment or Damage of the said Goods and Merchandise and Ship, etc. or any part thereof.
