aviso de abandono

me parece que aquí se refieren a "notice of abandonment"

notice of abandonment = the notice to the insurer from the insured of the fact that the latter considers having a claim for a constructive total loss; the insured is therefore prepared to leave the insured vessel or cargo to the insurer
