Maintenance and copying of principal: The IT company will create, delete and/or update principals. The IT company will execute copies of information of *principal to principal*, for example copies of the *principal* of a production client to a *principal* in Quality Assurance for the purpose of testing the new customizations and developments in a real environment. These processes are conducted at the request of the Customer, subjet to the availability of the required disk space.
The IT company will make a maximum of 2 copies of *principal* every quarter.
