Aparece como título de una clausula de un contrato "Closing deliveries by the Company". En este caso la SOciedad entregará al momento de la firma del acuerdo determinados documentos. Pero también aparece como título de la siguiente clausula "Closing deliveries by the Buyer" y en este caso el Comprador no entregará nada a la Sociedad sino que transferirá el precio de compra estipulado y firmará el libro registro de acciones. Me gustaría saber cual es la traduccion que pueda servir para ambos casos, ya que entiendo que es el titulo standard de la clausula
