It is fine to just leave litis "as is" in Latin, but it also does have a translation in English as well as in many other languages, see:

litis es un término en latín que se usa en lugar de litigio, no tiene traducción puesto que se emplea tal cual en castellano, francés, inglés y posiblemente en otros idiomas.
