El privilegio del cliente o del abogado / apoderado


Explanation:
En el caso que nos ocupa, es claro que si el privilegio lo va a jercer el cliente, no lo va a ejercer el abogado. Es por eso que evito usar el guión en Español; por lo general, demuestra contrariedad u oposición. Espero le sirva.
