English term or phrase: Operating While Visibly Impaired
Operating While Visibly Impaired (OWVI) means that because of alcohol or other drugs, your ability to operate a motor vehicle was visibly impaired.

This would be a lesser charge than an OWI or DUI so I need to distinguish it. In any Spanish speaking countries do they have different levels of DUI charges? Thanks!
