No Publicity. Except as specifically authorized in writing by the TE, Broker shall not use any identification of or reference to any trade name, trademark, service mark, service name or symbol of TE in any advertising or promotional efforts, nor disclose that it is performing Services hereunder, or any information, materials, reports, and other work product that Broker creates or develops as part of the Services

neutral  Enrique Vega Nájera: Desde mi punto de vista dentro de los convenios de confidencialidad existen convenios de NO DIVULGACIÓN. Por lo que podría ser traducida como clausula de No Divulgación.
