TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all buildings, improvements, rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances thereon and thereto belonging or appertaining or held and enjoyed therewith, unto the Grantee according to the tenancy set forth herein, forever.

This is how I did it:
PARA LA TENENCIA Y POSESIÓN a perpetuidad del mismo con todos los inmuebles, mejoras, derechos sobre accesorios,, servidumbres, privilegios y accesorios que de alguna manera le pertenecen, al Cesionario

and I don't know how to finish the tenancy part. Any other feedback is also appreciated. This is the first time I do this.
