agree  Flavio Posse: determinaciones si; antecedentes no. Entiendo que está en el glosario, pero en este contexto "antecedentes" no es adecuado.

findings of fact
hechos probados

Explanation:
"Findings of fact" is a specific part of a judgment that corresponds to what is usually called either "antecedentes de hecho" or "hechos probados" in sentencias in most Spanish-speaking jurisdictions. For example, Artículo 248.3 of the Spanish Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial states that judgments must include the following sections:

3. Las sentencias se formularán expresando, tras un encabezamiento, en párrafos separados y numerados, los antecedentes de hecho, hechos probados, en su caso, los fundamentos de derecho y, por último, el fallo. Serán firmadas por el juez, magistrado o magistrados que las dicten.

These usually correspond to Heading, Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Judgment in English.

I am offering "hechos probados" as a possible translation of "findings of fact" if you are looking for an expression that is widely used and is closer to the original English. However I think "antecedentes de hecho" would likewise be appropriate and I believe that you will find that of the choices offered, it is the one used most often in judgments in Spanish.
