English to Spanish Law/Patents Law (general) testamento
Aparece tal cual, en el siguiente párrafo en un testamento. No comprendo mucho el sentido de todo el párrafo, por lo cual también agradecería alguna aclaración.

Charge all or any part of the discretionary fund on any property which is (or but for that clause would be) given by this Will or any Codicil hereto absolutely to my spouse or on trusts under which my spouse has an interest in possession for inheritance tax purposes

"legar" o el verbo qur utilices para traducir "give". O sea, "... de toda finca que se legie (o que de no ser por esa clausula se legara) por medio del presente testamento..."
