Explanation:
Part 20 of the Civil Procedure Rules deals with "counterclaims and other additional claims". "Counterclaim" is not a "contrarrecurso", but rather corresponds to what in Spain is known as a "reconvención" that the defendant ("demandado") in a civil action may file in response to the plaintiff's (now called "claimant" in England/Wales) (="demandante") complaint (claim) (="demanda"). Other claims that a defendant may file may be rendered generically as "defensas".

As for their content, Civil Procedure Rules correspond to the Spanish "Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil" (the "Civil Procedure Act").
