English term

joint holder

Not for points English to Spanish Bus/Financial Law (general) Company Memorandum
It refers to a holder of shares in the company. Is "tenedor"the right word for holder? and how could I translate "joint"in this case? Copropietario?
I would really appreciate help.

Thank you
