Law (general)
English term or phrase: tank
Estoy haciendo una traducción de un acuerdo de compraventa donde aparece el concepto en cuestión según el siguiente contexto: “Tank” means each of "X", "XX" and "XXX" (aquí menciona tres nombres que, creo, son empresas").“Tank Deficit Amount” means, with respect to each Tank contract, (a) if the Company subleases or assigns its rights in such Tank contract to a third party, the amount by which the Company’s lease obligations payable to its lessor from the Closing until the end of the term of such Tank contract exceed the lease obligations payable to the company". Desde ya, muchas gracias por su ayuda.

Es lo único que se me ocurre. Sería como un contrato sobre el "Depósito", supongo que de capital, de fondos...

Aunque solo estoy suponiendo.

Saludos cordiales.
