English term or phrase: We are "Bullish" on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Training
Training: The U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and GPU's Policy and Procedure for Selecting and Retaining Foreign Representatives ...we are "Bullish" on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Training.
[This is a legal document which will be used to train representatives from many countries in the US economic and legal procedures - most of the audience will be in Argentina and my client has told me that they understand the word Bullish. I don't agree; the closest would be "optimista" which does not exactly mean the same, does any of you have any suggestions? Also, in this instance, how would you translate Act? What is GPU? Do you know of a Web site for Government Acronyms?]
Thank you.

Explanation:
Saludos,
Patricia
