EL distribuidor no tiene derecho ni autoridad para asumir ninguna obligación o responsabilidad, implícita o explícita, en representación o en nombre de la Compañía, de ninguna forma ni en asunto alguno/de ninguna naturaleza.
El "whatsoever" quiere decir "de la índole que fuera", "de cualquier naturaleza", etc. Podés usar cualquiera de esas formas siempre que dejes el énfasis en "ninguno de ningún tipo"
