Para empezar son muchos refering en la frase, además de sonar raro, creo que es de mal gusto, tal vez podría quedar así:

"La citada empresa deberá enviar vía correo electrónico (o email) una carta de referencia firmada, confirmando la efectiviad del contrato".

I think that this is very clear legally speaking and, even though style is by and large inimical to legalistic jargon, when there´s a way to be clear in legal terms that at the same time does not offend the ear, I would go for it! I´m assuming ´´referee´´ here is not to be rendered as ´´árbitro´´...merely ´´refers´´ to the firm that receives the referral...Hope this helps!

No puedo sugerirte una solución específica, pues desconozco el contexto. Sin embargo, quizás te sea útil tener presente que referee es el nombre con el que en la fase de pre-trial se denomina a la persona a la que se remite una determinada cuestión técnica, o determinadas actuaciones.

Emilio, hay que hacerle los ajustes del caso según de qué tipo de firma se trate y qué es lo que se está enviando o derivando (un cliente, un caso, un proyecto?)

La firma / (estudio de abogados?) referente / que deriva deberá informar el envío / la referencia / la derivación mediante el envío de una nota por correo electrónico / email, y deberá confirmar con la firma destinataria / a la que se envía / a la que se deriva que se haya celebrado un contrato válido.
