English term
Parentage
English to Spanish
Bus/Financial
Management
El término sale en la siguiente frase, entiendo perfectamente de qué se trata, pero me gustaría que me ayudaran a encontrar el término más adecuado.
The purpose of “parentage” is to provide a consistent point of reference throughout an employee’s career, particularly in relation to career development,
that is maintained regardless of the locations/businesses in which the employee
works. The "parent" is not responsible for finding the employee’s next job, but provides a perspective on how the employee’s career may best be developed to meet individual and Group needs. Parentage does not affect the responsibility of the supervisor for performance management and development of the employee

: Makes sense. Maybe apadrinaje. I don't think this exists in Spanish companies. Interesting.
